Get to Know Me
I believe that at the heart of humanity is a desire for connection—connection within ourselves, our
relationships, families, communities, and cultures. People come to therapy for many different reasons, but beneath it all is often a longing to feel more accepted, understood, and at ease in their own skin.
My therapeutic style is grounded and collaborative, rooted in honesty, transparency, and trust. I
work to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, free from judgment. I view
therapy as a partnership—while change comes from within you, my role is to walk alongside you
with support, acceptance, and thoughtful guidance. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is
one of the most powerful drivers of healing and growth. I work from a holistic, client-centered perspective, taking into account aspects such as your family and relational systems, sociocultural background, trauma history, and personal identity. I am deeply committed to meeting you where you are. Together, we will explore your fears, insecurities, hopes, and goals, while cultivating a sense of safety, connection, and perspective throughout the therapeutic process. I also value the integration of mindfulness and somatic
awareness, recognizing that our experiences are held not only in our thoughts, but in our bodies
as well. When appropriate, we may explore mind–body approaches to help increase self- awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety and presence. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, or life transitions, my goal is to offer a supportive and empowering space where you feel seen, accepted, and supported in your healing and growth.
