Get to Know Me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of addiction,
trauma, anxiety, and depression. I work with couples, and families to support healing,
connection, and growth.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based
practices. I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they
navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their inner strengths. I also support couples in
navigating relationship issues such as, building strong lasting relationships, communication
difficulties, conflict, trust, emotional disconnection and infidelity.
As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I am committed to providing culturally responsive
care and creating a safe, inclusive space for clients from diverse backgrounds. I understand the
importance of language in building trust and connection, and I strive to make therapy accessible
and meaningful in both languages.
I earned both my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Counseling and my Master’s Degree in
Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International
University. My education and clinical experience have equipped me with the skills to treat
complex issues while honoring the unique identities, values, and goals of the individuals and
families I serve.
I believe healing begins with understanding and compassion. Together, we’ll explore behaviors
and patterns, creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, valued, and
understood.
