I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine in Psychology and Social Behavior in 2017, and completed my master’s program in Winter 2025 with specializations in clinical counseling and forensic psychology. I work with individuals navigating identity shifts, neurodivergence, burnout, and recovery. My approach is collaborative and narrative-informed, centering clients as the experts in their own lived experience while offering clarity, practical insight, and skill-based support. I value therapy that is thoughtful, transparent, and tailored to each client’s goals rather than rigid or prescriptive. I have experience working with clients of all ages in behavioral and dual-diagnosis recovery settings. This background informs a structured, grounded approach and supports my ability to stay present with the complexity without rushing clients or forcing insight before they are ready. I am especially attuned to clients who have felt misunderstood, overwhelmed, or “too much,” and who are looking for a therapy space that feels grounded, respectful, and collaborative.
